It's such a good feeling to finish an order, box it up and send it out - yay! Then I'm able to concentrate on other projects and relax.
My newest project was twine coasters. I listed them in my Etsy shop and they are ready for a good home! I love the rustic simplicity of them, and their chunky texture. They would make a great gift for a homemaker this Christmas!

I also made an apple pie today! One of my neighbors is in the Food Corps and gave me a big bag of leftover apples to use. It turned out beautifully - there is nothing like a good pie crust and that sweet tart filling that tastes of autumn.
