Book Review: Sewing in a Straight Line

I think it's so funny that Brett Bara, former editor-in-chief of Crochet Today (which used to be my favorite magazine!) wrote this amazing book on sewing - each design is made by literally sewing in a straight line. This book is the perfect way for newbie seamstresses to learn how to sew cute and functional projects using only straight lines. The photography is beautiful and appealing, and the instructions are clear and concise.

I've already made the One-Hour Skirt in a solid color, and I love it! Spring is coming (sewing season for me), so I'm sure I'll be making even more use of this book. Highly recommend, either bought or borrowed from the library!
